Kintsugi and Sound Bath
The Beauty of Broken Pieces with Laura Rategan
Join us for a very special evening of Kintsugi and Sound Healing! Experience this beautiful workshop that represents the journey of healing! Limited spots available for this event so please register today!
The tradition of kintsugi has come to represent that even after you have experienced challenges in your life and feel broken, the process of putting yourself back together is the value and beauty of growth and healing. The philosophy behind Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, is to embrace flaws and imperfections as a way to create something stronger and more beautiful. The practice is based on the idea that beauty can be found in imperfection, and that a broken piece that is put back together is more authentic and real than something that has remained pristine.
During this workshop, we will create intentions of what we want to release in our lives as we break a bowl and create new positive intentions as we put it back together with gold. While our bowls are drying, Laura will gift you a nurturing and healing sound bath! You will leave this time with peace in your body and spirit and a cherished bowl representing your healing journey.
It's through the cracks that the light shines!
